How Hiring at Google May Change in 2014

For those looking to be hired by Google in the next few years, there are some positive and negative changes which I predict are going to be taking place.  These recruiting speculations (none are proven fact) were drawn from public equity research reports to having friends employed to being approached myself for a job.
